To reach Birds Ferry Boutique B&B from the North Island, take the Interislander ferry from Wellington to Picton. From there, it's a scenic 5-hour drive south along State Highway 6. Once you reach Hokitika, turn left onto State Highway 73 and follow the signs to Franz Josef Glacier. We'll be on your right, just before the township of Fox Glacier.
